Please make sure your Sonymobile phone is not hardlocked and it has at least 5 unlocking attempts remaining.
To check if you have remaining attempts do the following
Dial *#*#7378423#*#* and access the service menu. A menu like the one below will be displayed
[x] Network 10
Network Subset 0
Service Provider 0
There should be an "X" before Network and the counter should show number above 0 (zero). If your counter doesn't show an "X" or shows 0 (zero) this means your phone is hardlocked and it can't be unlocked by a code. In that case DO NOT purchase the service as you will not be able to insert our unlock code and no refund will be given
Please note if your device states the following: SIM Network PIN is Blocked. Enter SIM Network PUK
You will require the 'unfreeze code' this is NOT included with the unlock code that we will provide you with. Refunds will not be processed on such devices, they have had the incorrect unlock code input too many times and you will require the 'unfreeze code' before you can insert the unlock code you use your device on another network.
