Conditions of Sale

Orders are only accepted subject to the terms and conditions set out below. In the event of the customer’s
order containing special conditions, the order for the goods will only be accepted by Wizzfix Ltd on
the understanding that those conditions are not in variance with ours, or if they are, that such conditions
have been waived by the customer.

These terms of trading do not apply to export/commercial accounts.
Only to Personal Accounts.

Ordering: The minimum order value is £0.50p
Product Specification
All information given by Wizzfix Ltd is believed to be true and correct at any particular time. Pictures are for illustration purposes only. It is
entirely the buyers responsibility to decide and satisfy themselves of the suitability of any particular
product for their own particular purposes. We do not accept any responsibility for damage, injury, loss or expense
resulting from any error or misuse of our products. We reserve the right, without prior notice to discontinue any service or product at any given time and a refund will be only issued if we at fault.

Guarantee: We agree to honour the Standard warranty supplied with all products from Wizzfix Ltd with any sale. Subject to our discretion, we, or our
agents, guarantee to service/replace parts as required within the warranty period. Wizzfix Ltd.
We only offer refunds at our discretion.
Prices
The Prices quoted on site are In full including any VAT at the prevailing rate.
Wizzfix Ltd reserve the right to vary any advertised prices without prior notice.

Delivery: Delivery dates are subject to availability, but every effort will be made to deliver the products on an
agreed date set out by Wizzfix Ltd. We cannot be held liable for non-delivery or late delivery of products for
whatever reason, nor for the incorrect delivery address provided to us by the customer, nor for the compensation against any loss arising from non-delivery or late delivery.

Payment Terms: Wizzfix Ltd. payment terms are Strictly payment upon order unless otherwise agreed in writing.
If account terms are agreed in writing, any failure to abide by account terms could be subject to account closure and all outstanding
amounts becoming due immediately Interest in line with current legislation possibly could be charged.
Conditions
Title of goods sold on the invoice does not pass to the buyer until Wizzfix Ltd has received
payment in full for the goods or Services Required By the customer.

Liability:  Apart from that provided under the heading of Guarantee above, Wizzfix Ltd shall not be Held under any
liability whether in contract or not regardless of the situation whether or not resulting from our negligence or that of our employees, in respects of any and all goods delivered or for any damage or loss resulting from such defects.

Prices: Prices are subject to change. Promotional items state the price and duration and such prices only apply at the time of the promotion. All prices are inclusive of VAT and delivery charges except otherwise stated.

Weekend Service: As office hours are restricted during the weekend our service will be slower than usual and we may take longer to respond to emails and messages.

Emailing & Messaging: We aim to answer all emails and messages within 24 hours. This may be slightly longer if you email or message us during a Sunday or Bank Holiday.
Please note, that messages left using our Happy Fox messaging app may result in a longer response time compared to emailing us directly on  wizzfix@outlook.com

Discounts: Selected discount codes carry a minimum spend of £25 for it to become valid. Discount codes cannot be applied to additional repairs which may be required.
Selected discount codes do not apply for refurbished mobile devices and will be refunded.Please Don’t Use These Or Try To Trick Our Systems.

Returns: We will attempt a re-repair on your mobile device twice after the initial repair. If after this, the mobile device is still faulty we will issue a partial refund (minus postage costs). We will need to see the mobile device and make sure its faulty prior to issuing a refund. This does not include diagnostic and water damage related repairs. This does not relate to refurbished mobile devices sold by Wizzfix Ltd When refunding all payments made to us, they will be repaid to the original origin of the funds Strictly due to security reasons.

Complaints: If you wish to make a complaint, please email wizzfix@outlook.com expect a reply during working hours Please thougfhrly describe your issue in a manner thats understandable.

7 Day Money Back Guarantee: With all refurbished Tech thats sold, we give our customers a 7-day money back guarantee, if you are unsatisfied with the device, you have 7 days to which you can return the tech and get a refund if required. The 7 days starts from the day the customer receives the tech if for any reason the item is exchanged or repaired this does not restart the 7 days. The customer has 7 days from the date they receive the tech initially to exchange it, after these 7 days, the device can only be returned for a repair.
, you will be charged £9.99 for the rental charge of the tech, as this would be classed as a property rental. For the 7 days and depreciation of the device/item thats been returned.

VAT: All our refurbished mobile phones are sold in subject to section 50A of the VAT Act 1994 and the VAT (Special Provisions) order 1995. A VAT Margin scheme applies, you can read more about it here.

Trade Purchasing: Trade purchases are determined by A trade discount taken out offered by us Wizzfix Ltd which can be done separately -if your a business purchasing a large number of stock. Be sure to get in touch.
